Glow

A pole competition built with care, access and creativity at its core.

What is Glow?

Glow is a competition and showcase for performers who deserve more than just a stage. It was created to centre care, intention and real inclusion from start to finish.

Whether you’re neurodivergent, disabled, trans, non-binary, plus-size, a person of colour, a sex worker, or simply someone who has felt pushed to the sidelines in other pole spaces, Glow was made with you in mind.

This is not about ticking boxes. This is about building a space where you are already enough, and where your performance is not expected to conform to anyone else’s idea of what pole should look like.

What Makes Glow Different?

  • Performer-first planning from application to backstage care

  • Intentional categories designed to reflect real diversity in style, identity and experience

  • A dedicated First Timer support process

  • Mental health and wellbeing integrated throughout

  • Transparent judging, ED&I training and built-in accountability

  • Accessibility considered from the start, not as an afterthought

This is a stage where you can take up space safely, fully and without compromise.
